Nora “Norrie” Clevenger Currens is a trial attorney with twenty five years of experience.  Previously, she practiced with Greenebaum Doll & McDonald (now Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP) and Steptoe & Johnson PLLC in Kentucky and West Virginia.  She was the managing member of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC’s Huntington, West Virginia office for ten years.

In 2017, Norrie returned to her hometown of Harrodsburg, Kentucky to begin a new chapter in her professional career at Currens Law Office PLLC.  Norrie’s skills are diverse and she is excited to be practicing in the central Kentucky area.  She is currently accepting clients in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, family law, commercial and business counseling and litigation, employment counseling and litigation and estate planning, probate and fiduciary litigation.

Norrie is an active member of the Bar and her community.  She was formerly the Chair of the Huntington Chamber of Commerce, Women 2 Women Committee and a Board Member for the Huntington Area Development Council, the West Virginia Defense Trial Counsel, and the Kentucky-West Virginia Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  She is a 2007 Graduate of Leadership West Virginia.  She is a Member of the Kentucky and West Virginia Bar Associations, the Central Kentucky SHRM Chapter and a volunteer for the Mercer County Foster Care Review Board.  She has been selected to Best Lawyers in America.
